CHIP! FOR TEETH GOLF TOURNAMENT

PRESENTED BY THE DENTAL FOUNDATION OF OREGON

For nearly 20 years, Dental Foundation of Oregon supporters have traveled from all parts of Oregon for a delicious breakfast buffet, morning on the greens, followed by an awards luncheon. Your involvment this year will help us achieve our goal to raise $50,000 to help Oregon's children and vulnerable communities recieve important dental and oral health care. This event will take place at the Rock Creek Country Club, a premiere Northwest golf course and driving range, and is a beautiful 72 par course.

AWARDS LUNCHEON AND RAFFLE TO FOLLOW PLAY
